The renovation of industrial floors requires a particularly intensive analysis. The defined tasks comprise upgrading work due to conversion of use, as well as repair of damage resulting during the period of use. The most important and at the same time the most challenging task is the sub-base investigation prior to submitting a tender, and the preparation of a repair concept.
Generally, the same decisional criteria apply as with new constructions, although individual analysis results need special evaluation.
- application and conversion-specific criteria
- substrate-specific criteria (repair concept)
- site management-specific criteria (avoidance of production interruptions)
